At Aakriti.Art, every piece is packed with the same care that goes into making it. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Original paintings and made-to-order pieces are carefully packed within 3–4 business days before they ship.

Packaging

Each piece is custom packaged by hand to fit its specific size and fragility, so it travels safely to you.

Carriers

Orders ship via UPS or USPS Ground. Delivery time after shipping depends on your location and the carrier's current transit times.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available as an add-on at checkout for extra peace of mind, especially for original artwork. We recommend adding it for higher-value pieces.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Damaged Shipments

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right — see our Refund Policy for details.

International Orders

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated there.
