At Aakriti.Art, every piece is made with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review our return and refund terms below.

Custom Artwork & Made-to-Order Items

• All custom artworks and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Each item is uniquely crafted for you, which means we cannot accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Prints & Hoodies

• Eligible for returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method(excluding shipping fees).

Workshops

• All workshop bookings are non-refundable due to their short-term nature and limited spots.

• Please be sure you can attend before booking, as we cannot offer credits, reschedules, or refunds.

Store Credit Policy

Store credit is available only when requested within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Requests made after 60 days are not eligible for store credit, refunds, or make-up classes.
Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be used toward future classes or products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at streetofhues@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
